El Silencio is a black and white stop motion. This tells the life of María, who has been forced to leave the forests in which she travels daily, which moderately protects her from her attacker, to take refuge in a dark and gloomy bathroom during lockdown. In it Chapo is a clown with a history of violence, his aggressor who causes the confinement and isolation to be increasingly harsh. Chapo generates in María different mistreatments and violent interactions in space such as throwing her from the W.C or punching her. Previously in the family life of Maria and Chapo there were episodes of violence but these were exacerbated. Amid the chaos, María tries to ask for help a number of times by different means, she calls desperately on the door but finds no answer, nothing seems enough to get her out of the complicated situation in which she finds herself.
